UA Manager

At least 2 years of experience in game monetization and/or user acquisition mobile game flow design
Planning and execution of user acquisition and monetization campaigns from beginning to end.
Developing monetization strategies aligned with player expectations and the creative & game directions.
Collaborate with related teams to implement monetization systems and features.
Monitoring and reporting performance and revenue channels to identify monetization opportunities.
In-depth knowledge of UA and monetization tools and mobile ad networks
Experience in paid digital marketing and media buying
Analysing and creating performance campaigns for existing and upcoming games
Use data-driven insights to enhance performance through mobile game optimisation, customised targeting and segmentation.
Running multiple advertising tests and present results to stakeholders with concrete recommendations
Developing briefings for new advertisement materials and oversee the production of marketing materials.
