• Performance Marketing SpecialistResponsibilities
• Responsible for the performance management of ad networks;Google Ads, SocialMedia channels, ASA and alternative paid media.
• Planning and execution of user acquisition campaignsfrom beginning to end.
• Overseeing and managing User Acquisition Associatesin day-to-day operations andoptimization.
• Creating and analyzing user acquisition reports.
• Communicating with the creative team to improve creativeperformance.
• Understanding the mobile ecosystem KPI’s, dynamicsand tools.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and productsin the mobile application world.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or relatedfields, experience in DigitalMarketing.
• Experienced in managing paid media campaigns preferablywithin the mobile appindustry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Deep knowledge on managing ad networks in a profitableway.
• Experience in working with data analytics platformssuch as Adjust, Firebase and GoogleAnalytics.
• Eager to learn all aspects of digital media.●Has a high self awareness skill.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently and you are a reliable teammate
