Skills and Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in related area
• Have a strong portfolio.
• 2-5 years of experience in motion graphic and video area.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator & the Adobe suite of programs.
• Able to make design, animate and video banners for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Google, Youtube ads.
• Creating engaging videos for product-related marketing campaigns including animated motion graphics and other online advertising creatives.
• Working together with an experienced and dynamic Marketing Team to understand what creatives perform better based on data and optimization - brainstorming on the next creative concepts and ideas to be produced.
• Transforming key marketing initiatives and messages into high-quality consumer-facing videos.
• Interpreting small and medium datasets to optimize the performance of video assets.
• Must be fast! Ability to quickly execute concepts under tight timelines.
• Fluency in English, located in İstanbul.
